Once an order is placed, how long will it take to ship?

Our standard production time is 10-15 Days.

 

Is there a limit to quantity of items that can be purchased?

There is no limit on quantity, but we are limited to what inventory is available from our suppliers. We recommend reaching out to buckscustomerservice@skyhighmarketing.com to verify inventory before ordering large quantities of any item.

 

Who do I contact with questions?

  • Use the Live “Chat with us!” button located in the bottom right corner of every page on the website.

Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. If you message during business hours, we will respond the same day. If you contact us after hours, you will get a response the next business day.

 

Can you ship internationally?

We are shipping anywhere in the United States currently and working on logistics for international shipping in the future.   

 

Can I use Bucks Member credits or Bucks Pro Shop discounts?

No. Bucks Member credits or other discounts associated with the Bucks Pro Shop cannot be applied to orders made through the Bucks VIP Store.

 

What is your return policy?  

Most items can be returned to the Sky High Marketing warehouse up to 30 days from your order’s ship date. Exceptions include:

  • All Clearance and Gameday Giveaway sales are final and cannot be refunded or returned.
  • All items co-branded with a sponsor logo are custom-made for each individual order and cannot be refunded or returned.
  • No returns will be accepted on any items that have been used, worn or damaged by the customer. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service.
  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from your order’s ship date.

 

ALL RETURNS MUST GO TO SKY HIGH MARKETING. Items should be shipped to Sky High Marketing, ATTN: Bucks Customer Service, 259 W Broadway Waukesha, WI 53186. Returns will NOT be accepted at any Bucks Pro Shop location, Fiserv Forum or the Bucks Pro Shop office.

  • Exchanges will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Customer Service.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs required to send your item(s) back. Prepaid shipping labels are not offered at this time.
  • The original shipping cost will not be refunded upon returning your item(s).
  • Refunds will not be processed until returned item(s) are received by Sky High Marketing. After item(s) have been received, it may take up to 10 days for the credit to be reflected on your account.
